Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Plenflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plenflow is a personal productivity application that provides daily planners, habit tracking, goal management, focus timers, and related features. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Account Registration

  • • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • • One account per person. You may not share your account with others.

4. Pro Subscription & Payments

  • • The Pro plan is offered on a monthly ($5/month) or annual ($40/year) basis.
  • • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Gumroad). By subscribing, you also agree to their terms.
  • • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • • After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
  • • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
  • • Upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • • Abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users (e.g., automated bulk requests).

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Plenflow (tasks, notes, goals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your personal content for advertising or share it with third parties.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is." We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

8. Termination

  • • You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings.
  • • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
  • • Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
